Christmas vacation is coming. If you are planning for a holiday getaway with your friends and family, I have some ideas and a list of resorts you can choose from. This is all based on my personal tour.
My Batangas tour happened for a purpose. I was appointed to search for a nice and safe resort to hold our company team building. With some colleagues with me, we started the road trip to Laiya, Batangas. Before heading there, I already made some research days before and have set appointment with the owners or representatives of each resort. Thinking that it would make my trip easier and simultaneous. Indeed, it was a hassle-free tour. I was given only a day to finalize the search. These resorts that I will be featuring are my personal favorites. Guys, start taking notes :)

Acuatico Beach Resort
One word: Breathtaking! This is the first time I have entered a resort with infinity pool. Very calming and relaxing. Located also in Laiya, San Juan Batangas I got some pretty cool shots with my colleagues. We were so overwhelmed that aside from the infinity pool, they also have a beach front, Spa, floating bar, outdoor Jacuzzi and yes, Wifi-access.

Blue Coral Beach Resort
Located at Laiya, San Juan Batangas. Of all the beaches I visited, for me this is the most family-friendly. I mean, they offer more family rooms than any other. The tropical ambiance is a breathe of fresh air for families who came all the way from Manila.

Sea's Spring Resort
Few kilometers away from Laiya. Located at Brgy Mainit, Mabini Batangas. I believe the resort is owned and operated by Koreans. The resort is complete with facilities. The swimming pools are natural hot spring and seawater pools. There's also a natural bamboo sauna. Some of the activities you can enjoy while staying in the resort are Scuba diving, Snorkeling, Island hopping, KTV and billiards.
If you want to book a reservation. You can contact the resort at:

I hope this post will help you decide where to stay in Batangas. Remember, you have to consider 3 things in choosing the right resort:
1. The safety and credibility of the Resort. (It may look nice on photos but you need to have a review on feed backs from previous guests. It's a big help, believe me.)
2. Budget
3. Accessibility.
Happy Holidays! :)
